    Yep. This.

    No wonder Wood has gone backwards. No idea what system he's playing in.

    We have a powder puff midfield who back off or go missing and a poor defensive unit that either have never been coached or can't be coached and should be dropped.

    Our attacking option seems to be to get 8 players in their half which also means we have no defenders to stop their breaks.

    It's poor and it doesn't look like it's going to change unfortunately.

    I don’t trust him with this window. He keeps saying we don’t need another center half. He didn’t think we needed another centre forward and the one he did get was Samuels who ain’t close to being ready for the first team. Who would he sign?
    He can’t pick a player or even know where we need one. He’s done. I hope he walks
