4 in 5 away now. 1 win in 14 months away from home. 5 games in 21 days.

I fear now. The last two games at home was imperative we picked up a win.
It didn't happen. I hate to think what the league table will look like on boxing day evening.

 

For periods, ROD has kept us in a lot of games. Not my cup of tea as a goalie - average to poor distribution and hesitant in the box - but undoubtedly, a good shot stopper. The man leaps like a salmon! Sometimes. And in truth, if you want to rate our best current 11 out on the pitch, he's always in the top three. Indeed, the very least of our problems. And oh, the problems....

 

We're missing Guthrie to come off the bench and change it.

Doesn't even need to look at the squad, as soon as he meets Captain Clueless in the board room he'll get flash backs to why he walked in the first place.

 

Why is he going on about Novak and Guthrie?

It's not like we missed a hatful of chances. We created nothing!! Novak is going to have zero impact!

 

Who has confidence that anyone will want to come to this club and play under McCall with his shit tactics.

Mcall hasn’t got a clue mate - the man is an utter Baffoon and wouldn’t know a decent player if they drove over him. The man is a fraud as a manager

What do they do to improve the players during training? I don’t believe they don’t get well coached. This management had a better squad in the league one play offs. The Players don’t appear to be capable of taking messages on board and We’ve gone backwards. The performances are appalling. Out battled, weak at the back and no creativity. They look like a team of strangers and scared to death. God help them when crowds get back in as they would get pelters.
We are in serious trouble. Recruitment looks woefully short and that is down to Stuart. Where is the fight. Scrapping to block crosses. Not showing attackers inside to shoot. We are so easy to play against. Pathetic.

Has a list of players and targets in four different positions (won't say which).
Admits his lack of options when we go a goal down. But says Clarke, Novak, Evans will make us better and lift players.
Was asked about leadership. Says he thinks all teams lack leadership. We have vocal players in the dressing room.
Still thinks that we're giving teams a good game, despite our depleted squad.
With January coming, and the players coming back, then it has to make us stronger, or there's something wrong.
Will definitely bring people in January. No doubt about it.
Big city, big fanbase, doesnt mean loads of money.
Short term - couple of results, will keep our heads above water until January.
Says the "third party" is a recruitment thing which is not costing money.

Sounded very resigned and defeated. Felt sorry for him a bit, as he's on a hiding to nothing and pinning his hopes on these players who are injured. God help him if there's no money or players given to him next month.

My funniest DMH moment was when he had his head down, did 2 stepovers and nearly fell over the ball without even realising there was no other player within 15yds of him

Then when he gave a name he made the excuse of not needing a centre back but we do need a tough talking fist pumping guy in there,our lot are soft.
