    I'm sure you are in lots of "private members groups" Rod. Backroom of the NBH being one. Any more news on my second favourite pub re-opening yet ?

    Not at the mo. I got in touch with W just after lockdown in March and he seemed okay back then. Trouble will be if it is reduced attendance, how he can manage his low turn over, when there are no matches. I still think he could do more of a low cost bottle job, for those who aren’t too fussy (unlike yourself;)).

    His other Beehive was camra pub of the season recently so it looks like he's concentrating on that, and keeping his cashflow at the NBH going through it's DSS B&B clients. Would be a shame if he shut up shop as a pub. Guess your mate at the LTH has gone back to his day job as a Peter Hook impersonator.
