Ifollow login info

Still struggling here! Code not received. I emailed the club yesterday and then again today. Also tried ringing on the number given but it's permanently engaged

 

Hiya, yes I did. I have had to do it for every home match so far. Generally my reply with the code comes from Michael Shackleton. My email address is, and always has been, correct on my account. I think I must just be unlucky!

 

Just a quick message in case anybody else has the same “issue”. Went on my iFollow account the other day to put the code in for tonight’s match (as I’ve done for previous matches). However, the section for the Walsall match said I had access so was unable to purchase/input the code.

I sent iFollow an email last night to clarify as it’s not done this previously. This morning they emailed back & apparently you don’t always have to use the code provided. Some ST holders will have the match automatically credited to their account without having to input any code. First time this has happened for me so must be random ST’s each game.

Assuming it all works tonight fair play to iFollow for getting back so quickly.

 

Same here. Apparently some fans have been allowed access automatically without having to input a code. This will be rolled out further in the coming weeks. Best thing to do is go onto iFollow, and if it says something along the lines of “you already have access to this game” then you should be OK for tonight

I had same issue this morning.Sent a request for access code for tonight’s game at 0930 and got a reply at 0934 from a Marco Townson who is I follow manager.I have had to e mail a request for every game even though they send it to the email address that I got my season ticket purchase confirmation on.Bit annoying but they always seem to reply fairly quickly.

 

I am in exactly the same situation as you! I have to Email every time. This is the first time they haven't responded to my requests for the code though....and the phone line is still busy!

 

Just sent a final attempt email and got an immediate response - I'm now fully coded up. Don't let me down tonight City!

Charged me £10.00 even though i had a code
Emailed Ifollow bradford city not had a answer yet

 

I’m watching valley parade with joint feed of city and Huddersfield with a split at 7.30

Right. After all todays effing about. Logged onto ifollow and clicked watch live. Its gone straight to the build up without having to enter the code I've spent the last 36 hours trying to get. When I tried earlier today to see if mysteriously I was oneof the lucky ones it went to the usual payment page. I give up

 

Didn't need to put my code in, clicked on the link for the match and voila!

Makes sense as less hassle for everyone.
