Has anyone seen any of the footage from non-league games / fa cup qualy matches? Absolutely no social distancing with fans congregating behind the goals and the govt has agreed to a financial support package for them.

Meanwhile in pro football we can't have either, despite clubs putting in significant measures to ensure safety.
I simply don't understand it, as far as I'm aware the test events were a success so why can't we have a slow, phased return to outdoor stadia.

It's the double standards and complete lack of coherent strategy which is undermining the govt and is why you are seeing so many 'breaking' the rules as there is no credibility.

Possibly, he's certainly had a difficult job, but there's no question it's one of the worst governments we've ever had - courtesy of underqualified Brexiteer yes people who replaced competent and experienced Tory ministers, which was all of Boris' making.

But what I don't get is how can we be living in a service sector economy with all these supposedly competent minds and wasting so much money on Track and Trace, while ending up with an app that can't differentiate vertically between people on different floors, that can't inform us about any SPECIFIC information AT ALL about the dangers of receiving guests or entering public places, while muddying the waters with a ceaseless barrage of nonsensical rules and regulations.
