If he performs well we might be in line to sign permanently like we did with Paudie. Be good to get a link up with Leeds seen as they are now in Prem and have a good coach with great methods in Bielsa

 

Agreed, and yes it was Riley.

I have always (quietly) said I hoped Leeds would get into the Premiership because we can only benefit in the short-to-medium term. It's no coincidence that we had out best years when Leeds had theirs; no coincidence that Cardiff had their best years when Swansea had theirs; I really believe you get geographical clusters of success, and West Yorkshire has been barren for decades!!

Whether it's direct (getting Paudie, Bryce long term) or whether it's more difficult to reason out, I think we'll benefit with Leeds being in the Prem.

 

I agree. His overall performances have been inflated because of those 2 assists. His defending has been mixed, at best. Albeit in a small number of games. He'll be in the squad regularly, which is fair enough, but we need this new lad to be of a higher standard if we want to be at the top end of the league

 

PL clubs don't send promising players to div 2...no way! Times have moved on.

Championship, Div 1(top half) not div 2. Leeds will buy a replacement for Ayling or a better back up.

Here's hoping he can do the job for us. He should keep French up to the mark as well. A few positions to go, and one might start becoming cautiously optimistic about the season.
