Yes its pretty easy to set up and use and me being in the not up to speed with technology OAP bracket you will be fine, and the bonus is it cost me last season £45 + £10 Per game plus season ticket, this time round is £150 including IFollow for me it’s a good deal living 160 mile round away so good luck.

    Oh I can afford £150, £300, £500 but that's not the point.

At this moment I don't see the enjoyment in going. It's not about supporting the club as that's Rupps job. It's about me and I the rules in place as fans seems boring and I would rather wait and take a season out.

blame the cretins in government for this one I'm afraid...absolutely ridiculous...it's the same as not being able to meet friends from different households in the pub but you're allowed to risk meeting complete strangers:p...confused?

An example of a possible revenue stream that clubs could be missing out of, here we are on a tuesday afternoon in August and there are 5,223 watching friendly Wycombe v West Ham live on youtube

We're also playing Ipswich @ Portman Road at the same time, but they're charging £10 a pop for it.
Also being shown live in Sweden, Norway, Slovenia, Croatia, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia, Albania, Bosnia, Brazil, Israel, Mexico, Panama, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Dominican Republic, El Salvador and Honduras, so they'll get a few notes for that too.

I think clubs are frightened of not having bodies through the door, a lot will always go to watch their team live but there's also a market for the casual fan that doesn't want the hassle of getting a ticket and travelling to the ground, I still think there is £s to be had using simple modern technology...

Well according to the online ticketing system I have to pay £275 (even though I'm a 25 year ticket holder) and my grandson has to pay £275 so I amuse that's his season ticket £150 plus a suite upgrade £125 that is not available I understand.
I went through the procedure of putting them into my basket went to pay and there still wanting £550 no discounts for being a 25 yearer or discount for the grandson although the suites will not be functioning, looks like it will be a visit to the ticket office and get Mick Lamb to sort it ?.

    EDIT,
Scrub the above there will now be suites functions available I'm told and my account has been updated to me being a 25 yearer so mine will be as it was £125.
So two seats in the executive seating £400 I'm happy with that .

This is how a progressive small town club out paces a 'big city', 'big ground', small ambition club like Bradford City.

    https://www.lutontown.co.uk/tickets/season-tickets/

Minimum of 400 for a season ticket up to 450. 250 to 300 per seat more than what we get. No wonder we can't compete.

Let's assume they get 9,000 STs that's 3.6M. We get 14,000 thats 2.1M. (ooh look here come "Hey you've forgotten the the pies and beer" cheapskates)

They are already ahead of us by a long way.

Luton is not a rich city. It is like Bradford in many, many ways and the football club has had a lot less going for it and has goner through some major struggles. They spent a number of years outside the league. Bradford City would fall apart under similar circumstances but it simply made Luton stronger.

They have a waiting list for season tickets...a waiting list at 400 a pop!

And don't trot out the 'Championship' team excuse. Their tickets were up around 300+ when they were in Div 2.

What's the difference? For me it's a North/South thing. Having lived in both the north and the south for many years I think people 'darn surf' are generally more optimistic, more entrepreneurial, think bigger and more long term. in the 'Norf' and maybe Bradford in particular they are cheap, penny pinching, dour and backward looking.

We expect to compete but we aren't willing to pay for it. It's a Yorkshire thing. I want it but I want someone else to pay for it.

Just having a discussion with a fellow board member with regards the coming season and some of the decisions the club will have to make, if the tickets are broken down into Claret & Amber one section of ticket holders are going to get 12 home games where as the other will only get 11.
What happens if we have a good FA Cup run and get a home draw against a big club, and the date would normally be for the Claret ticket holders, do the club go with first come first served, again the league game would default to a midweek game.
The club say we will be given a time and shown to our seats are they saying the poor sod who needs to be in his seat first has to be in his/her seat by 2pm on a Saturday or possibly 6:45 pm for a night game, how do those with weak bladders go on if they need the loo, put their hands in the air to attract the stewards attention,
    .
What about the clowns who think it's OK to have another drink and get back to their seats 5/10 minutes after the second half has started, or the fan/fans who have to leave early because of an evening engagement they need to attend.
I'm sure there are far more problems it's going to be very difficult going forward and it will take a little understanding from the fans in attendance.
