Season Ticket Options

That’s a really good set of questions and some that many will not have even thought of, such as how folks will be allowed to leave the stadium.

I’m sure the one about your own bubble has been answered though. If they live in your home or are part of your bubble, that will be accommodated.

 

Just seen the Doncaster goals. If that’s the standard of I follow this season. 1 camera miles away from the action then forget it. Like watching ants run around in the distance. Couldn’t see a thing.

 

I was thinking the same and just about to post that too. I am already writing off next season as a spectacle for me. It will be tough not watching every week, but too many uncertainties for me, and ifollow as very little appeal for me

 

Not sure why the quality of iFollow should get worse than this season just gone.

 

I think my preferred option would have been able to buy a flexi for £50.00 and have the chance to see a few games live, paying whatever Flexi cardholders usually pay on matchday. Not interested in ifollow

 

I can't see that I follow are going to fork out for a load of extra cameras,and possibly commentators,for the small number of fans who will watch league 2 matches.

 

they did last year. The games I saw all had commentary and more than one camera.

 

Yesterday's friendly wasn't an Ifollow game. Granted, Ifollow isn't of the same standard as games on Sky etc, but it's a lot better than what you saw yesterday.

 

Sky were only bothered about Leeds in the Championship really. With Leeds going to the PL it will be interesting to see how they manage next season.

My feeling is they will want a Sunderland on a weekend for example. I think the EFL are in a difficult position now.

 

I have only used it once and it is only one camera but i agree it’s far better than that and I enjoyed watching it and will be better still if I can transfer it to the tv

 

One of the reasons we have to start in September is because of Sky and the other broadcasters.

The reason football had to come back during the Covid start was because of to broadcasters.

The broadcasters got a rebate for the season ending as it did.

PL/EFl have already paid 25m for the changes in the league cup.

Currently it's a fat no from Sky for 3pm games again next season.

I'm not sure broadcasters are bothered about the good of the game. It's going to cost a lot of money for City and other clubs in the EFL are wanting this is why I am shocked City even talked about it as this isn't an easy deal to make.

 

Apologies if this has been missed and is on the thread but can you pay a fixed amount to reserve your seat for the future seasons when everyone is allowed bakc as normal?
So let’s say you have seat in the lower kop you love but don’t want a season ticket for this year due to it looking abysmal product on offer, could the club set up something where you pay say 30 quid and reserve your same seat you’ve had for the last 20 years Or so? I know people are protective of their seat and it seems easy money for the club?
Make it a little pack and throw in a mouse mat and a key ring etc.

 

I think they will just do it anyway, would cost nothing and everybody would have something to look forward to knowing that their seats are safe...

 

That's how weak this club is pandering to the weak Bradford people just because there's a bit of flu flying about people don't want to turn up but want their seats saving for a year.... How did I do @Fordy117 saved you a bit of posting time there

 

I hope so mate. Our seats are very handy for the exits and no steps for my 92 year old dad to negotiate.

 

possibly with money being tight all around thought it was a compromise. Bit of money for the club and not too much to pay if you’re low on work and you’re still interested.

As @Idlebantam says, didn’t even think of that some like the aisle seats etc.

 

On point 3 if it’s a 20/80 split, does the 20 go directly to Bradford City or to the efl and they redistribute?

 

Money is not tight we have someone who is worth £110 million pounds who owns us. You might aswell send me the money to spend on my little people........ This fordy thing sure is tiring.
