    Im struggling to think of one that is near one. Bradford is Canal Road, Harrogate is at Knaresbrough retail park, Huddersfield is Leeds Road, Leeds is towards White Rose none of them near a Morrisons

    The man of mystery who owns properties in Barbados and Spain wouldn't give the club benefit of his much self acclaimed business acumen never mind sponsor them
    He looks down on small businesses like Morrisons because they are poorly run
    Imagine the team running out with "Fordy International Plc" emblazoned on their shirts :joy::joy::joy:

    I guess there is always a danger that if a ‘brand‘ sponsors one team, that supporters of other clubs, would form a view against the firm. However when City were in the Premiership, a number of teams were sponsored by businesses who were competing for sales around the country, in markets where supporters had direct choice. Coventry - Subaru; Leicester - Walkers; Liverpool - Carlsberg; Newcastle - Newcastle Brown Ale; Tottenham- Holsten as examples. Even JCT ‘compete’ against other car traders, yet they have supported City for many years. I can see the argument, but in my mind it is poor not to have some level of direct support for the firm where you are primarily located. Well done to JCT. On a personal note although I haven’t lived in Bradford for many years, I have always got quotes from JCT and my current car was supplied by them. They don’t have an Audi dealership in Bradford, so my wife ended up getting her car from Huddersfield as they came up with a better deal than many others, including JCT Sheffield.

    The other PL sponsors were in the main nationwide and with a recognised brand name, rather than a regional business.
    I had a car supplied by JCT (though not sold by them) and travelled up to collect from Leeds, it would have been nice if they'd put more than a gallon in the fuel tank, but then again it's Yorkshire.

    Well JCT were and still a regional company, perhaps more so than Morrisons.

    By 1999, Morrisons had 100 stores and had one in East London (albeit on the other side of the Thames at Erith).

    In respect of your car, did it come with tyres? ;)
