    I think vaughan will look to go back to Tranmere and we won’t stand in his way if it means his wages are gone with him.
    It’s quite clear we want to cut costs as much as possible. We’ve got the perfect excuse now and the board will be hoping they can trot out the “blame coronavirus” line on the crap cheaply assembled squad, and people will still buy tickets when we can again.

    Sparks seems to be building up a big weekend on twitter judging by his posts but it’s probably Mama mias sponsoring the corner flags on match day or something

    connolly scored 1 worldie and had a couple of decent games. But he went to the Kyel Reid school of crossing. Not for me. There’s better out there surely.

    Vaughan scored goals in a team Doyle couldn’t as for Connolly he is probably the quickest player I have ever seen yes he had a few poor games but in some he was almost unplayable and would be a decent signing but I don’t think he will return

    This is just about spot on - by the way. I would also like to know how we're making use of data in our scouting search. The method we've used for years hasn't worked. Can't remember us buying a player and selling on at a profit. James Hanson off the top of my head. Bought for buttons and sold on at a profit. Luck? Probably. I'm sure there's a couple I'm missing off the top of my head. McBurnie/Wells we didn't buy before someone comes out with either of those.

    Is there a fans forum coming up? I had a look on the city site but couldn't find anything. Thanks in advance.

    Yep. It's pathetic. Completely agree. Look at Peterboroughs ins and outs as a comparison. How the hell can our club be so far behind them in terms of recruitment.

    I may be reaching here but Devante Cole? Think we paid a small fee to Man City and sold for more!!!

    Moving on high earners won't free up the required funds though as the majority of their wages won't apply to the salary cap next season.

    Moving high earners on certainly won't have a bearing on the salary cap. But of course and depending on how it is done, it will help the owner's finances. That might be more important to him.

    Well we’ve just announced an extension with Yorkshire payments so I think the writing pen emojis were for new sponsorship deals and not signings. Hopefully I was wrong

    Indeed. Hence my application for an ST refund.

    There's no way any of the money donated for added to the budget, it just went into the pot meaning SR had to put in less.
