    Whilst I have a ticket it is frustrating that the club don’t say when tickets go on sale to season ticket holders then general if any left

    It's Ryan Sparks we are talking about. That will be out of his paygrade by the look of things. Ticket sales are not as important as some new lanyards you can purchase. The communication is as professional as ever it seems.

    Bought my train tickets 2 weeks plus ago as I was due in Spain now. Looking at refund but not holding my breath as train companies loosing revenue.

    You will probably be entitled to a refund, as I suspect you will find that not all your booked trains will run, due to the cuts in services.

    The rules are quite simple in that you are allowed to abandon your trip if any of your booked services fail to run (or even if they run late). Standard practice is to go back to the retailer (who sold you your tickets) for a full refund.

    We were due to use Greater Anglia in a couple of weeks. The tickets appear to be none refundable. Not wanting the money back, but would like a credit facility so I can make the journey in the future. I will check if the service is cancelled nearer the time. :thumbup:
