Expectations of McCall this season?

Haven't you just said exactly what @Fordy117 has been saying for months and what he's been chastised for?

Excellent post above from @bantam2708. We need and haven't had a proper plan in place since Lawn and Rhodes decided they couldn't afford to take us forward and would listen to reasonable offers. At that point why would they be interested in looking beyond the sale?
Now we find ourselves in a similar position with Rhodes who is short term and an owner looking to sell at the right price.

As for McCall, the best chance he'd have would be to form a syndicate and buy the club. Im sure there's plenty of people out there who would jump at the chance of being involved if he was heading up the club. He could then oversee his and our vision from the top and bring in a structure and manager to suit.

But isn't that the point, at that level when you have so many employees you need to split the work out, which is what they do in the premiere league. At our level we can neither justify or afford the expense . That is what JR should be doing anyway. Setting out a plan and recruiting the right management to sustain that plan.

@JonButterfield @Bronco out of interest which background do you both us? Dark or light ?

I've just tried light for the first time. Absolutely grim colour. Why crème instead of white? Looks the same colour of an old plastic bath.

 

I posted it to highlight my replies to Fordy's individual comment, never thought of posters using the dark theme.
Just changed the theme to dark and I can see why the comment was made, well you learn something every day.
PS that dark theme could just tempt me for a while.

Surely you're not implying Mr Ford is a closet Leeds supporter ?.

 

Never tried the dark before, it doesn't look to bad maybe a change of theme for a while, who knows I may get to like it.

 

Change to the light theme read my reply then return to your dark theme .
I was not aware blue was as almost unreadable in the dark them.
Maybe I should try a pastel pink which can be read in both light & dark themes.
