Well they need to FOXTROT OSCAR!!!!! The last thing we want is another Doyle Thread!!! He’s staying at VP that’s the end of it, bloody hell its like harassment, he’s given them some goals what more do they want??!

 

Lock the gates at VP and pull out the phone out of the socket!

 

Personally the only conceivable way I could see Doyle going back would be if he played very badly this month for us and Swindon offered a large chunk of money. City are hoping to increase the attendance next season. The only way that will happen is through promotion. Keeping Doyle gives us our best chance of that.

 

We’ve all spoken about Doyle coming back for a month and now people are talking about him going back again!!?? I am concerned, do we need some bi-polar tablets dished out at Crawley?

 

We don't have a clue whats going on behind the scenes, and even if there was a deal as others have said it will be an undisclosed fee, wouldn't you as the Swindon owner be doing all you could to bring Doyle back to the County Ground.
Not sure what you mean with regards another Doyle thread I'm posting within a Doyle thread so why would there be a need for another ?.

I understand what you are saying but we are sick of hearing about Doyle now. He’s back now let’s just forget about it. If you hear Swindon wanting him back again tell them to F OFF!

 

Chill out @Carts #CTID it's a football forum where fans we offer different opinions with regards whats happening at our club.
And at the end of the day the club will make the decision as to where Doyle finishes up, whilst taking into consideration whats best for Bradford City.

I think our manager needs to come out, give Doyle a ringing endorsement and say he’s going nowhere. He can’t hide behind some confidentiality clause for this one. And Wellens is discussing it openly so we should openly tell him to jog off.

 

I think Swindon will really struggle and their manager knows it.

It's alright when he's only ineligible for one game and the players know they have him back for the next one (e.g both fixtures against us). But what is it going to be like when they realize they don't have the leagues leading scorer to rely on for the rest of the season? He was involved in 52% of their goals! They're going to feel lost.

I think they are going to plummet, which also seems to be the general consensus around the top of the league.

 

You do know you can ignore the thread don't you, I hope I'm wrong but until the January transfer window closes Swindon could come back for Doyle that's all I'm saying.

Wellens can say what he wants. If Swindon fans want to be mugged off then that's down to them but I fee for them.

Doyle going was best for all parties and he simply went away and got confidence. Swindon, should have tried to includes some kind of better deal that favoured them this month - but probably didn't because they had doubts

Doyle goes there and suddenly rediscovers his 2015 form and we simply say - thanks for getting his confidence back we'll have him now

We're then the team who should benefit from this in the vital second half of the season.

Hence my comment that Power will do all he can to try and sort a deal, he knows just what Doyle offers to Swindon.
I'm sure if this situation was the other way around us City fans would be up in arms if we thought our owner was not prepared to do all he could to bring Doyle back to the club.

 

Yep, the league leaders are stuffed and all three automatic spots are still up for grabs. We’re handily placed with players coming back, a game in hand on some teams and an open transfer window. We need to get behind the team and cheer them to promotion. If Lee Power comes on the phone I wouldn’t take his call.

He's had 6 months. He had a player scoring more goals than Messi.

Show Bradford 200-250k and a deal would of been done. He didn't! Now we have Doyle back, want to overtake them and more importantly go up.

I can't see us selling now even if they came in with a 200-250k offer as we would need a replacement etc and you don't find 20+ goal scorers easily.

Plus I doubt Doyle wants to sign for Swindon as his family lives in the North West and we won't loan him out now.
