FWIW - we could likely compete with Cypriot clubs on a wages front, there isn’t much money there. The club he’s rumoured going to, Pafos, aren’t in Europe either, although apparently owner is pumping money in.
Big benefit for them is obviously you’re in Cyprus and not somewhere like Bradford

It sounds to me that Bowyer is begging to free up funds as he knows perfectly well, that we are short in areas, but Rupp is probably reluctant to go along with it.

It certainly sounds like nobody is lined up to come in anytime soon, although dont doubt Bowyer has his targets in mind
