    I know but I imagine they would know about anything in the contract that states money coming in and going straight out. Anyway it is the club’s assets so just can’t see it happening. ,

    I agree and seeing as Stefan has been as good as his word with regards doing his best to get us back on an even keel, if there are any monies to come in from transfer deals done in the past he should as the owner be the person who receives it.

    I agree Dave and also think he will still add to GB's budget to enable a firm promo push, if or as required. Seems to want the fans to know he is about sustainability yes, but also a need to address the negatives of the past by investing in the future .. but realistically. I choose to believe.

    Think it might allow for another player to come in without having to let a player go...but beyond that, I would agree with you.

    I say we use to the money to sign Neymar. I hear he wants out at PSG and now that we’re loaded we should invest it in a marquee signing.

    There should be room for both, the debt was circa 1.8 million so if we get 2.8 there should be room to manoeuvre. But we shouldn't be throwing it all in to this season, leave some for next season.

    The press seem to be saying it’s £17m up front though - then plus the add ons. That would suggest a heft up front sum.

    Where is @Dennis@Dennis to tell us that the company books state no extra money has been put in the accounts lol

    Either way always good to receive a windfall, whether it is paying debt back of buying extra players, or hopefully both:)

    I think the opposite, Rupp already backed us again this year with no guarantee McBurnie would ever move on, He’s made mistakes since he bought the club but has never been shy of pumping the cash in.

    I think the playing budget has already seen this money, and it will be going back to Rupp, which I'm ok with.

    I don't think we will extend the budget further than we already have.
