    from what im seeing

    None of our supposed main rivals have done anything yet in the Transfer market in league 2

    And plymouth just lost Graham Carey

    Scunthorpe havnt bought anyone neither have Salford City

    Someone said Carslile & Northampton have but nothing special by the looks of it

    Who else is our potential rival would you say?

    If you look on paper we have defo done the best transfer market business so far or am i being over confident about the coming season ?

    Salford have signed Richie Towell, probably one of the best bits of business that will be done in this league.

    Towell for Salford is a major signing for them. great addition. and they still have Adam Rooney.

    Carlisle have done well to get Byron Webster.

    Looking at odds, forest green are supposed to be a dark house. Not sure wether theyve improved from last season though...

    It's still very early days. We've done most of our business early, for once. Players contracts up at the end of the week so loads will move about from the weekend onwards I guess.

    At this stage I think Mansfield are our greatest threat. Nobody else's squad looks good enough, but there's still a long way to go.

    Plymouth lost Freddy ladapo too.

    I’d say we have seen the benefit of keeping Bowyer from last season and we are ahead of the pack.

    Means nothing though really

    I wouldn’t be comfortable over looking Salford - Graham Alexander is just getting going now after getting them into the EFL. I predict them being top 3.

    We’ve usually done piss all at this point. We’re well ahead of the curve, by necessity, but it’s refreshing to see us doing good business and getting it done early.

    Actually, we weren't that far behind this time last year as we had made 7 signings so far; Clare, Isherwood, O'Connor, Riley, Wood, Wright and O'Donnell.

    Forest Green have lost Doidge (gone to Scotland), today. Be interesting to see how they, like Plymouth now Ladapo has gone to Rotherham, spend the cash. He was rated 1m+ by Bolton last summer
