It's similar to what I mentioned earlier. There should be a pool of professional "save you from relegation" managers, who come in with a decent track record of doing just that, and get paid a bonus if they do what they promise they do. No contracts other than til the end of the season, and after that, they take their money and rejoin the pool again. Lets get "Big Sam" in for the last 12 games!
