Correct, but not at the expense of losing half your client base. It will be bad enough getting relegated, but getting relegated after upsetting half of your customers would be business suicide. There is still an element amongst fans that it’s down to Rahic, and Rupp and Rhodes should be given time to turn it around, even if relegated. That good faith would soon disappear for most if evans was brought in, and didn’t turn it around.

But

I would rarther the team be relegated and have Micky Mouse In charge until the end of the season and be in League 2 than have Steve Evans as manager at Bradford City Football club and keep us up.

Loved Evans' passion which came through when talking about City and the vacancy in the T&A, his no-nonsense attitude is what we need in the here and now.

I was speaking to some Leeds fans who didn't want him, were wary of him at the start, but soon warmed to him. We all know what football fans are like, half of those expressing outrage at the idea of Evans would soon be singing a song in praise of him (probably incorporating the flashing allegations) if he took the job and got a couple of decent results.

 

Phil Parkinson would be a great choice if available, but I suspect he'd need assurances from Stefan and Julian that he and he alone has 100% control of all football matters.
Unfortunatly he is contracted to Bolton, that can change if wages are not paid or paid late I believe.

 

They are getting paid late this month. The owner is selling, but it won’t probably go ahead until next week. So delay in paying wages is directly linked to the change of ownership; the current owner is leaving the tab for the new owner, nice. Not sure how that effects Parky thinking or indeed players and staff. Also rumours are the new owners want their own manager. Whether that all impacts on his thinking is anybody’s guess. Not entirely sure what he would think of our current squad and whether that would impact on his thinking.

 

Think Josh Wright gives himself the hairdryer treatment. 2 hours in front of the mirror every morning.

 

That image will always follow wright because of his connections. However he has had a reasonable career and if he won’t move on wouldn’t it be better to get him to contribute through good management
