How often do you make it over for games?

The club should invite you over as a special guest. It’s the least they can do.
The flight and hotel for the weekend is Scannels and Doyle’s wage for the week...

We should get rid of Josh Wright and hire Dmitry as a scout

I remember the day the Lithuanian supporters arrived at Leeds-Bradford airport, as i was asked by Shaun Harvey to go up to the airport and `welcome` their fans. They came in on the same plane as the team who went straight on a coach to take them to their hotel.
I was told the number of fans which from memory was about 30.
As they came out of departures the majority of them hurried away leaving just a handful of genuine supporters.
When I asked where the rest had gone I was told they didnt even know them, and that they certainly were not football fans. They dissappeared into different parts of the UK, and on the day of the game at Valley Parade only the small handful of true fans were present.
It is believed that the opportunity was taken to visit the UK on a very cheap basis, and whether they ever went home again is open to conjecture.

 

I will be happy for both. To work as a scout for Bradford City is my dream. I worked as a scout for FC Krasnodar that is in 1/8 final of Europa League and it looks that since new season I will start in another big russian club but Bradford City is my biggest wish. If you can organize me talk to the actual directors I will be happy. Maybe the best way if the club invites me and we could talk with them there.

 

Any players you could recommend for next seasons campaign? All suggestions welcome Im sure.

 

We’re going into league 2. We’ll have no money for forgeign signings that you would be able to recommend and even if you offered to be a scout for free the club probably wouldn’t accept your services.

Rahic has ruined us.

Im sure it would be upto Hopkin and Rupp. Even if you recommended players. The wage budget is stretched.

 

Why crap on Dmitry's dream.

You're assuming a few things, to be fair, and assumptions aren't facts, so who knows might still be worth it.

I'm not comfortable telling people their dreams are pie in the sky without good cause.

 

I’m not saying it’s pie in the sky but the club are backwards. Hopkins gone anyway, so it’s down to Rupp and Rhodes to make a decision then.

The club can waste money on wright and Riley’s wages but won’t pay a flight and hotel for a week for Dmitry. The club and the team are going to league 2 and won’t have money for foreign signings, simple as that ...

I wish Dnitry was appointed as a scout but the club are not as fowrard thinking as we would like them to be.
