I think it’s relevant to this post but I like many others won’t be going today and wasting a whole afternoon watching that set of spineless excuses for footballers arse about and let their heads down after they concede, and concede they will do today. I like my father and my other 3 mates have stood by this club for many years and this is the first game by choice we have all decided not to attend and won’t be back until the powers that be that are ripping the heart out of the club have gone.
On another note F Scanell at the Darby appreciation night the other day couldn’t even get the raffle right and follow instructions. So it’s thats the level of understanding of the current squad Mr Hopkins I feel for you mate, and as said before I think we’re already doomed.

I looked after the kit in those days and couldn’t get the washing machine to work after the match. I brought Don from the dressing room to try and fix it because he’d served his apprenticeship as an electrician before turning professional. Police used the laundry room on match days and the drying room as a cell. I didn’t realise that on this occasion they’d unplugged the machine. Needless to say, Don quickly “fixed it” and went back to continue the celebrations in the dressing room! No divas in those days.

 

Nah. Nowt can be as cold as watching City at Odsal that season. Brighton I think in the cup mid week, the Spetznaz were there, cancelled their artic training it was so cold.
