    Guys

    Does anyone have a link to any interview or video where Edin actually said that? When and where and to who did he say it?

    Everytime i think of that sentence it makes a cringe becuase it has been proven he knows absolutley nothing about football.

    As well as not knowing how to scout players he also........

    * Not knowing that a team needs a proper pre season

    * Not knowing that a team needs a proper fitness coach

    * Not knowing that a team cant be made up 90% of youth players you randomly sign yourself without having a coach in place who has an idea of how he wants to play

    * Not knowing that bradford city is / was a family club, not some semi professional amateur feeder club for the top division & has fans who to them this club is MORE THAN JUST FOOTBALL

    i just read a fan say he has had enough and after years of supporting City wants the club to go bust to end this misery! I mean how bad is it to make someone feel like that?


    Does anyone have the link to where Edin made this i know football comment?

    I seem to remember it being printed in a T & A interview;"Stuart has to remember that I know football", or something similar. It might suggest that the real reason Edin wanted rid of Stuart is that he was frustrated by the lack of respect his manager afforded that particular knowledge. After all, he did refuse Stuart's wish to keep the players together(widely defended on this forum) and also asked Stuart to resign only 2 months after we had been to Wembley.

    WOW! Just wow! That is in an even worse context than i thought, its way way worse than just saying i know football so im good for this club

    Hes actually put stuart down there, and also insistef that he has to get involved!

    OK EDIN! be our guest! We CONCEDED 10 GOALS in the last 3 matches, all defeats and two of them at home...

    Thats ten goals right there we want you to comment on!
    And fix.....

    Oh what? you are away on holiday? Oh ok then..
    You cant make this stuff up!

    I think his defence of this in the Bantams Banter interview was that he hadn't meant it as it sounded (could the original quote have been in German?) When it was explained to him the way it had been taken, he agreed it wasn't a good choice of words.

    But he also said, prior to that interview, virtually as soon as he took over that PP could bounce football ideas off him.....
