Think I said it in July and they was a meltdown on here.

It’s the hope that kills you but some Bradford City fans don’t understand the call and feel all is ok.

Under Rupp this club has been nothing but failure and that won’t change until he’s gone and we can operate like a real football club again.

In truth we should be pissing the league.

Smallwood, Clayton and Gillead won’t work.

Cook had a Cook day and was shite but with no wingers plus that midfield it was hard work. Painful watching Cook today. His work rate is dire.

I am sick to death of being a charity case for teams on a poor run. First Rochdale and now Barrow. Both sides should've been swept aside with minimal fuss yet we're sat here with zero points.

Tuesday' performance was fine. Not great but controlled and clinical. Today, we got worse. Barrow parked the bus from the first minute which meant our midfield three of players who are 'steady' and contribute nothing to the attack, were redundant. The Banks change should've come at half time because everytime the ball went wide, Ridehalgh and Halliday had to turn back as there was nothing infront of them.

But it's largely the same problems we've had all season. Tempo is too slow, decision making is too slow and the balance of midfield is not good enough to dominate a team at home. Clayton has been good since arriving but has put a plaster on our glaring midfield deficiencies as we still lack a central player who will create from deep and start attacks.

Complete garbage and down to one man who doesn't seem to give a feck, yes this one's on you MH

Don't deserve to be in league 2 never mind league 1 (as if...) !!

Highlight of the first half when one 8yr old kid behind us shouted "kick the bloody thing forward" ...

Well that was garbage. What a bizarre performance.

Getting sick of teams going ahead then spending the rest of the game being "injured" or kicking the ball away.

We are as consistent as diarrhoea and play with the pace of a wounded sloth.

Halliday thought we were clapping him as he went off. No we were clapping cos he was going off. Had a mare today but not on his own-anyone tell him we turned round at half time?

No, I imagine a few home truths were told in the dressing room and I bet a few players also said what they thought. Be interesting to see who starts at Donny

Halliday was poor as was everyone else. Not sure why the crowd singled him out, he had no choice but to pass back to Platt as there zero bloody options in front of him. The problem wasn't any individual player, it was a line up without one midfielder who could turn and go forward with the ball.

Your obsessive knocking of Andy Cook is bizarre.

Tell me where we would be without his 19 goals?

Not sure why he got that reception tbh, he was poor but as were the other 9 outfield players. Hughes’ tactics throw fullbacks under the bud, when they’re defending they’re often out numbered and when attacking there is no attacking outlet. He went backwards because he had no options most of the time. Really didn’t understand the cross reaction to him, but then again I heard boos when we were winning Tuesday so I suppose shouldn’t be shocked.

I'm sorry Rog but there were at least a couple of occasions when he had 30 yds of open space in front of him but he didn't even look. Just passed back. I'm not defending him, I've never rated him and been told of for it on here. BUT...our forwards never show down the line for the full backs, often leaving them no option but to go back, and it's the obvious out ball.

There will be a fair few of the Pete Wild fanboys shufting one out tonight but, in reality, Barrow are a tinpot club and a poor side.

we gifted them the game. Starting Eisa - who is not up to it - was a mistake, and we dithered and played at a snails pace, like we did earlier in the season.

Gillead had a shocker but even worse were Smallwoods set pieces (again) and Clayton had a woeful game today. Got caught on the ball for the goal and at other times too.

Stubbs looked solid. Platt did ok, but Halliday was poor prior to his withdrawal.

You just sense we are sliding to a top ten finish as we’ve missed a good opportunity to steal a few points on a few of our promotion rivals today.

Awful game. Left early. Pass me alcohol, quick.

I was amazed to hear a few on here lauding Halliday’s attacking abilities the other week. He’s a steady away, solid defender first and foremost, but, IMO, he certainly isn’t picked for his overlap skills like your Meredith’s and Uhlembeek’s were. This lad is a Darby-style player - and that’s not a criticism as defending is his primary job.

the central midfielders were worse than him though. Please never let Smallwood near a set piece again.

There's an air of resignation on here tonight. We can't even be bothered getting properly angry. Did Hughes not show at all for a post match interview?

Your right about the line ball, if you are gonna go wide to your full back and you don't want them to pass back there needs to be either a.willing channel runner or a midfielder offering up centrally. Today there was neither resulting in what we have seen numerous times this season. You need willing runners around Clayton, Walker the only mobility we had today. Just felt wrong very early today and Hughes never got to grips with it.
