    City played great. I loved the quick short freekicks every time and some of the passing was excellent. Clear and obvious we are a well organised team and the players link up was evident.

    The two centre backs whose names escape me, Wood, Cole and Pointon all stood out for me. This Pointon lad was far too good for them, very skilful and I could see him playing a few games next season.

    Not sure of the individual ages of the lads due to it being the under 19s but many of our lot are small and weak looking so I can see why maybe Hughes hasn't given any a run out yet in men's football. Side note, Doncaster were woeful and very dirty. Lots of fouls and shirt pulling!

    Apologies then, I thought he was being sarcastic and disrespectful to the young lads in a sort of "nobody cares" way. I deleted that post as I read it wrong and massively overreacted

    The Centre Backs Noah Wandsworth and Freddy Jeffreys are both 17 first year of scholarship. Cole Roberts and Bobby Pointon are in their second year. Charlie Wood 19, First year Pro.

    The disconnect with youth and first team needs to be fixed. Under Adams the two styles contradicted. We need an identity stamped through all teams

    The fella that posted the Grimsby report the other week really rated Freddy Jeffreys, might have been his dad but the general tone was more of a football fan rather than a team fan. Is it too much to hope that one of these lads can come through?

    Nah defiantly wasn't his dad, you could see the bloke who wrote it writes multiple match reports for teams all over the country every week. I do know the lad you are talking about is 16 and been with the club since he was 8 - quite a bit of content on the academy's twitter feed about him.
