I don't think bringing them in Sunday is a punishment its something Adams has always done at previous clubs I believe.

Yes fair comment with better finishing from both side it could have been a 3 all draw or more.

Failed manner ?, I believe the reason we brought him to Valley Parade was because of his passed record with regards getting his teams promoted.
I do see the stubborn side of him, seems to be a thing that Scottish manager have in their make up .

Given some of the ‘very interesting’ posts we have on here about players being on £4,000+ a week (or £208,000+ a year), then the thought of 22 professionals being on an aggregate of around £40,000 a year, seems preposterous!
I agree with you, it is the quality of player ‘you spend your money on’ which is crucial. Given the restrictions in the size of squad, then signing players who are injury prone, seems utter madness.

That's the way he runs the football side of the club, Songo made it quite clear about Adams, as I said I believed it to be a normal training day, as long as the full squad are brought in there is only one winner if any player feels they are being badly done to.

Here you go, from the horse’s mouth, £900k. Something about City though, underachievers on big budgets for the best part of 15 years or more.

I'm talking about his persistence in employing the failed tactics over the last five games.

I can't wait for next year, when we have a real go at promotion, with a proper budget.

All that money from the 17 sponsorship deals we do every week, the Income from the 33% season ticket increase that's not been put in this year's budget, and any increase in next year's season tickets because 52% of ticket holders between 45-65 years of age say they will gladly pay more for a season ticket

All them record shirt sales also. Don't forget.

So Mr Sparks tell me what you did at Bradford City? Well I got involved with Morrisions.
How much did they pay for sponsorship? Eh nothing!
How about the 16 other sponsors? Eh nothing!

It's the Sparks show! I want to improve my CV!

I’m adamant that if the season tails off to mid table mediocrity the money not spent on a bit of quality up front will be small change to the drop off in pay on the day tickets in the new year and STs next season. Nobody wants us spending like Derby but all the commercial deals are a bit hollow if your season is effectively over by February. Performances haven’t been great but I’m sure Adams is the right manager and Rupp should back him properly, not letting us ring round for favours and ending up with yet another last minute signing.

    No cheap shots at all.

On these deals we are never seeing the revenue it will generate over a period.
We never talk about off the pitch improvements.

Funny Adams can get him to rip everything up but he can't get Rupp to part with his cash to invest in anything that will benefit the club.

Look, the club is a joke but we all love it that's the problem.

Easy answer by having an owner who doesn’t care about football and just wants to do everything on the cheap, hoping someone will buy him out.
    What do I win?

I'm shocked he even brought the club. Makes no sense.

Hope he sells up soon. Joke of an owner.

I am sure Ryan will benefit from your business insight. It's a mystery that you spout on here how much you know about business but refuse to help the club move forward even when you admit you love the club.

But they wouldn't be failed if we had taken our chances, I do believe goals will come, but it sure is frustrating.

Disappointing and frustrating. Slow start and we allowed Barrow to take the initiative. I kept thinking, we’ll start in a minute, but we didn’t. Had Sutton been in the middle I’m sure he’d have pressed the ball and turned them around instead of letting them come at us. I don’t think I’d give anyone more than a 5 to be honest because not one player put their stamp on the game.

Adams is being stubborn not changing that side. How many games are we going to drop points before he changes things up. If he doesn’t come up with something quick, he’ll see the crowds and atmosphere drop and the boos ring out.

On another point, why is it so easy to beat ROD with shots from outside the area?
