    John Hendrie was there. He was interviewed and in good form. Clearly, he is now back in the fold after 'I know football' tainted his relationship with the past owners.

    The Hendrie/McCall suites look much better following new carpets/paint/murals

    Adams said he met Trueman and following discussions knew he was the right man for the job. Trueman got a very warm reception which was good to see.

    On questions, Adams played a straight bat giving nothing away on tactics or signings, other than what we already know. Ie has players agreed, they are due to have medicals and a few more to come in. He wouldn't discuss positions.

    He hasn't considered the issue of captain for next season yet. He confirmed the target was for promotion, whether it be automatic or playoffs, it didn't matter.

    Pre-season will be lots of hard running. The players need to be fit for a long campaign.

    Sparks said he'd met Adams in December and he would have been appointed then, but the timing was not right (alluding to the run Trueman/Sellors were on). He said he spoke to him (pregnant pause) AFTER the playoffs to get the deal done.

    The appointment hadn't held up signings due to work already in hand.

    Commercially, we are to announce a big tie-in with a large Bradford based company shortly and commercial revenue will exceed £1m next season, its best in over 10 years, thanks to Davide Longo and his commercial team.
