    Just read an article about what the league plans to do to try and restrict clubs squad size even though last season salary cap was removed.

    The revised plans are now set to see the threshold raised to 22 players, with that number not including goalkeepers or players under the age of 21. Originally it was going to be 20 players. The changes still need to agreed by clubs

    That’s a shame, for commitment and endeavour, this past season the Academy under 18s have put the first team to shame on many occasions. They keep going until the final whistle regardless of the score.

    With them stats, he's nearly as prolific as a disinterested James Vaughan!

    In all seriousness, no thanks, I can't imagine he's value for money and I'm not keen on players who were once 'prodigious' at big clubs, but now are getting released by the lickle clubs.

    It speaks volumes.

    Most recent example: The £100 million man, Zeli Ismail, but if you wanted to go further back, Danny Cadamarteri.
