This may sound harsh, but im not convinced by T&S. As in, I'm not convinced they have what it takes to deliver a top 3 finish next season, which has to be the aim. Our manner of playing and the mentality we seem to have is how we play - which isn't taking the game to the opposition, worries me.

 

We’ll look for our usual 2 or 3 shots a game and hope a couple go in, another Bowyer esk performance so far.

 

So poor this.

Can't get any worse, this 40 minutes is the equal of any shite Bowyer served up. No excuse for this.

 

We clearly lack central midfielders. None of O'Connor, Donaldson, Evans, should be in those central positions. We have no one who can pass the ball. I do feel with the right players the team would be better.

 

As a squad we are slipping badly into old habits. Of the 11 today, 9 were of the McCall erathink...

It lacked pace, press and quality under McCall, so my question is why have we gone back to the old script?

 

There needs to be more quality. But this squad should be taking the game and controlling things against this lot. We aren't.

 

Gareth Evans, yer avving a laff, just no pace these days, Pompey mugged us off big time.

The managers need to show some balls and make changes at half time, NOT after 70 mins. Don off, Clarke off, pace on.
