    That's unfair and untrue!

    I questioned his lack of experience when he was first appointed. But he deserves credit for some of the changes which have already improved things since his appointment ..

    He sacked a failing manager
    He initially looked to appoint an experienced manager from outside of the club rather than just relying on names on his mobile
    He took a gamble on appointing internal candidates and that has paid off so far
    He appointed a recruitment director who has already brought a couple of new faces in
    We've let go of a couple of poor performers which no doubt, he had some involvement in

    And you don't give him an ounce of credit for those improvements!

    Is there more to be done? Undoubtedly! But for you to say he has done sweet fa is a telling comment on your own lack of objectivity and understanding.

    Fordy, you seem to have some dislike for everything that city do.
    As ceo mr Sparks will have been behind all the decisions made this past 6 weeks.
    so far he has got more right than wrong, early days yes , but credit where its due.
