    Played in a garbage Morecambe side the day McLean handballed it in. Off the back of his spell at Swindon bagged a move to Tranmere - played for latter in their F.A. Cup run and for them in League One but went to Cambridge last Jan so they could get Vaughan in

    Not saying either way, but Paul Mullin has only just turned 26 according to Soccerbase.

    Kayode is 20 according to same sight. Both have best years ahead of them.

    So would I be correct in inferring that we tabled a 6 figure bid which was accepted by the club however we were rejected by the player.
    This player also earns 'less than you'd expect'.
    If we are willing to pay 6 figure fees surely we are willing to pay good salaries within reason. It seems like a do-able deal?
