    Bowyer was the main culprit with both of them. If the manager cannot work with them then the club had little choice. Maybe, just maybe in these instances a podgy little German looking after transfer affairs may have benefited us.....

    Doyle or Vaughan would have gone nowhere if scoring goals for us/good relationship with the manager.

    It's nice to see us doing early business for a change. Especially before pre season starts so the players can get bedded in and not join up in the middle of it. If we could possibly get Eardley, another winger (as I don't know if Ismael can do a full season) and a striker like that Tshimishanga with pace, then I'd be happy with the business done so far. Possibly a loan or 2 in a few weeks time when prem clubs announce their squad lists.

    Hopefully 2/3 clear off but if not we will probably only bring in 3/4 more maximum.

    Sadly Vaughan will be one. Fingers crossed BRE and Guthrie go but unlikely.

    I'd hope if that was the case for Wood, we'd be looking to sign that lad who played left back for Grimsby last season on loan from Burnley or Joseph Mills from Forest Green.
