Rhodes is the CEO and the CEO should be taking to fans.

Ryan is just a mouthpiece. He can't make a decision and it's pointless him communicating with the fans. He even said himself that he is just the mouthpiece of Rhodes and Rupp.

Throughout covid it was CEO talking to their clients not a markeing man. Rhodes needs to do his bloody job mate. What does he do?

If you are just going to agree with everything the club does I find that pointless.

Of course he's the mouth picture for Rhodes & Rupp why would you think any different, Id suggest Julian is the mouth piece for Stefan.
Obviously your only small fry compared with Bradford City, even you should know in any large business there is an order of command, Rupp the owner tells the CEO what the budget is the CEO then briefs the likes of McCall and Ryan, Stuart knows what he can spend on new faces and Ryan if required speaks on behalf of the club in his capacity as Head of Comunications.

Maybe if we were a Championship club we'd get more investment in the clubs infrastructure as well as on the pitch, although I couldnt see a new stadium ?.
The development is in partnership with the University of Warwick, and is expected to take approximately five years to complete.
I wonder if they'll be sharing facilities with the University ?.

 

You only need to look at the communication from your bloody supermarket recently that it's the CEO that is talking to their customers not the marketing team.

If you look at the recent communication from the football clubs it's mainly from the CEO.

Just take a look at the picture of Bowyer sat by himself when he became Bradford City manager to understand the real reason he doesn't face the fans.

Look mate, if you are happy with the club being run like your local pub team then fine..As I keep saying things in the modern world have changed in football. If you can't keep up with that then buy a 70inch tv, some white fronts and wear them with your remote control in your hand. Just watch the world go by.

ideally someone who has plenty of cash, who isn't answerable to investors as to how that money is spent. We don't know if there is anyone out there like that who would be interested in us. Then even if there is someone like that there are spending/caps that would be restrictive.

All we can do is judge Rupp and at this moment he isn't doing much is he? Yes, that might change but we don't hear from him so we haven't got a clue what's going on.

That's a great point about the attracting the students to the games. If Coventry can still be Championship team when it's built then it can really kick them on.

Their fans will be happier knowing that the club is now trying to move in the right direction. Championship club and looking to invest in the future.

5 miles out of the Centre could be a good thing for the fans and if it's in a nice location that's a bonus as well.

 

I bet the people living in this new location don't think it's going to be good for them when all the fans and traffic turn up.
