    Yes never quite made it at City a few first team appearances but a well known and respected guy around Bradford football circles, Bradford 147 from the C&B knew Tibor ;).

    After he left City, Tibor spent some time in the non-leagues and then went into teaching. He went into Sunday Alliance league football where he stood out and helped a number of teams work their way up the leagues. He spent some time in the US running football academies but came back to the UK and went back into supply teaching.

    I played with Frank at Wibsey Junior School when we won Bradford Junior School Trophy at Park Avenue in 1968. Knew Tibor as well. Both good players.

    Tibor Szabo made 13 league appearances (8 starts + 5 as sub) for City, all in the 1978/79 season. His 1 league goal came in a 3-1 home win against Torquay United on 11 April 1979.

    His heritage number is 703.

    my uncle is frank who is my dads older brother

    my dad (tibor) started his own coaching academy in early 2000’s called vision
