    For those self isolating or thinking of doing so what are your plans

    Unlike Italy I suppose most here have gardens , It will soon be red hot in spain and Italy and the thought of being couped up in an apartment doesn't bear thinking about

    Im still working until they say I cant , but I have shit loads of DIY to do and sort the garden etc , Being self employed im going to have to watch the brass but theres jobs to be done that I could string out a couple of months

    Just seeing End of day 1 isolation with Mrs and 18mth old boy.

    It got to 11am and was sure it should have been later.

    we have spent time in garden playing with football and got his slide out and swing.

    not sure how it will be after another 10 days

    Well I set off in 2 hours, now due to arrive at Nashville about 32 hours from then. And apparently I will be required to do 14 days home quarantine Will probably end up teaching in 2nd week though.

    Having made a 'final' run yesterday to sort out my medication, I'm on the '12 week' lockdown / isolation programme and today is day 1.

    Day 1 - Missing the football, and the pub, but otherwise in good spirits; not sure how long this will last though. Tonight will be my 'usual' post-match routine of a few beers and a curry.

    Doesn’t really impact me too much. My work schedule sees me working more in the evening into the early hours which limits my social interaction anyway. Just means with less work coming from clients I have a bit more time to spend playing Half Life:Alyx when it comes out on Monday

    Ben on the usual cycle ride today, the three of us went 15 mins apart, bit of spring gardening now, I feel for those living in apartments, bloody hell that won't be nice.

    there is talk of limiting time out exercising to just 15 mins, not sure how far that would get you on your bike ride

    Cut the grass yesterday (it was like a foot high) so the kiddies can play out in the back garden. Put the goal and swing back up this morning, pumped up the football, got the skittle set out.

    Downloaded a few films to watch, some for me, some for the kids.

    Got shopping delivered yesterday which included a box of beer and 3 bottles of wine.

    Gardening today. First cut of the year. Feels like a normal Spring Sunday out in the fresh air away from the news.

    I will be up for work as usual in the morning. Not sure how long work wiĺl be able to continue to stay open, but working in finance, I am one of the so called key workers.

    So, no isolation for me yet

    Good luck with that, I can be on the canal in 5.:) That really is irrational, without excerise health problems will be exacerbated..............more health care needed.

    Tbh my life will stay pretty much the same, I'm a key worker and a public sector worker, so I'll be working as normal and get my salary as normal, cycle and walk in my free time. The only thing missing is pubs!
