Gutted to see West Ham lose this evening, that would have been a great story!

Blimey why didn’t I think of that.

Just to help you. These aerial photo’s are all taken at the same scale/height. You can see the footprint of Valley Parade compared to the area at the bottom of Baildon.

The area you have identified, is in the River Aire flood plain!

Perhaps a far better option if going slightly further out would be the King George V playing fields, which along with the pitches the north side of Gaisby Lane is a substantial area, and very close to Manningham Station.

Finally another area, in Bradford, which could potentially be developed.

Why? I've not heard any real reason to suspect that.

Looks like Bowling back lane. Bit of a dirty industrial area.

Yep not far from Bowling Back Lane.

Here is another area, which has some potential.

Is the old parry lane ground still there where I think Bradford rovers used to play close to the old Hepworth and grandage

Yes plenty of spots to build. We just need about £30 million now. Although I prefer city centre. There is an old site at the bottom of Thornton Road, not sure i5 would be big enough, might be. Would b3 great as you could walk in from city centre.

This is the logical site but it ain't gonna happen, loads of land for parking easy access to M62 motorway and Manchester Road and Wakefield Road.

Closer to £50mill for a 25,000 capacity modern stadium... and a site of around 4-5 hectares (or 10-12 acres in old money) to house it. But I'm sure @Bigrod@Bigrod is on that particular case ;)

    We won't need a 25k stadium.

Our fan hardcare fan base is about 8k. So a 12-15k with the possibility to extend is fine.
