    Released on Thursday 20/6/2019.

First fixture on weekend of 3rd August.

The potential date to avoid booking a holiday is 25th May 2020!

So as a wild guess as to who we will have for key dates.

    First game Grimsby away

    Boxing Day Oldham away

    Final fixture Leyton Orient home.

First time I can ever remember not having a single Yorkshire ‘Derby’ (waits for confirmation as to previous seasons this occurred).

waiting for this so I can book flight for October 11. Where we are on 12th will dictate where I fly into. Orient away means I can fly direct from Nashville to Heathrow and see the game no problem. We'll see.

I want Exeter on a Saturday, but I'm hoping for Plymouth on a Tuesday, which gives me time for a few post match drinks before getting the sleeper train (which leaves Plymouth at 23:55).

Morecambe away first game. A day trip up on the train and a few beers around the town.

Grimsby or Salford away opening day would be great.

Not bothered about homes. Im on a Flexicard next year with the intention to get to more aways.

Me too. The thought of us playing Stevenage at home Tuesday night in January didn't exactly fill with joy.
So flex it is. A few less home games and a few more away next season.

The thought of Stevenage away on a Tuesday night in January, is worse though. It’s not like we’re going to be blessed with local home games

I think Ice Station Zebra is probably the most local fixture! Now think of that one on a sub zero night when it is sleeting and blowing a gale! Boundary Park or the formerly enigmatically named Sports Direct Stadium.

You are blooming joking of course theres is absolutely nothing ! repeat NOTHING great about visting GRIMsby and Smallford ? Nothing on that fixture list this season is anything other than a totally unecessary hindrance to where we should actually be playing ie: Sunderland l, Ipswich, Rovrum ! ?

I’ll be looking out primarily for my local games, so Carlisle (and possibly Morecambe) away, and Stevenage away (not local).

Boundary Park is the coldest ground I've ever been to.
I went there in December 86 when the away end was a open terrace behind the goal. The game was played in a blizzard and we lost to a controversial goal. I think it was one of Trevor Cherry's last games in charge.
I don't think I've ever been colder. There was a brass monkey next to me crying

Oh I don’t know, Walsall at VP last season will take some beating, then there was Blackpool away around Christmas Time in the 90’s we were standing on the open terrace, I actually thought they would need a chisel to chip the ice off before I could move, Blackpool officials felt really sorry for us and brought us into their stand.

Was that the promotion season? We lost 4-0 or 4-1 at theirs I think, it was freezing. Was a lot milder in the play off second leg though , a warm smug glow being collectively, emitted :brig:

Oldham, Grimsby - very cold. Inverness wins hands down though.
