    Was their best player by a mile in a tv game not so long ago. He looked anything but lazy to me, possibly more to do with the Walsall fans expecting everything he did to come off.

    Club say one year deal yet according to his ifollow interview its two years. I'm guessing one year with an option?

    Why are we signing players that fellow relegated teams released? He is ok at best, can dribble but cant cross and judging by what Walsall fans are saying he is very very lazy. We are building a very healthy mid table side.

    He got relegated with Bury and was then released. He then got relegated with Walsall and got released.

    I know a clip can make anyone look good, but it will be nice to have some mobility back in the team if nothing else!

    I'm shocked, when we are in L2 and recently relegated , that we haven't signed a wide player that can
    a. put in a consistent 8/10 performance every week
    b. cross on a six pence every time
    c. chip in with a dozen or so goals every season
    d. point to recent promotions

    Not too much to ask.

    On the face of it doesn't sound over inspiring but it's a clean slate at a lower level so hopefully he gets his proverbial in gear and shows us properly what he can do.

    Bowyer clearly sees something in him so we can only trust the managers judgement and start by getting behind him.

    So let's keep it positive and good luck to the fella.

    Presumably this is a signing through the new (ex Walsall) scout, hopefully a squad player as good reviews from former clubs seem few in number.

    Reading their forum from the link provided above he was offered a contract but declined it to join us so if that's correct it was his choice rather than not being offered a deal. No idea of he's any good or not though.
