    As expected, Hopkin nominated for the Manager of the month award. Would be fully deserved in my opinion for all the hard work he and his team have put in. Slightly surprised Jack Payne wasn't nominated for player of the month, but happy for him to stay under the radar.

    Classic correlation leading to superstition. A team that has had a rich spell of form is likely to have a dip at some point, especially if it is at the unusual level that attracts this attention

    Hopkin last seen binning off training and donning pipe and slippers declaring 'Job done' after his nomination for MOTM.
