    Tough day for England. You'll hear lots of "docile pitch" but they havent bowled enough balls in the right areas to benefit from the nipping off the pitch that the Indians got.

    At the pub. A short mile long ride to the b&b to do.

    Morning riding was ok. A fourth brutal 15% climb in mid-afternoon was a bit of a low-point, but an unphotographed fruit pastilles ice lolly perked us up.
