I’m under the impression that Odour, Smith, Wilson, Wright and Bryne will all leave

I don’t see any space for them in the team, or any opportunities for them to play in games, besides the pizza cup

 

I agree with this to the extent that I think that they’ll all be available for transfer if we can find takers for them.

But didn't the Salford fans say he was very poor whenever asked to play on the left.

 

What makes you say that? He is one of about 2-3 that holds any value. He only loses his shirt if his form drops IMO.

 

He played LCB most of the season in a back 4 I believe and certainly in the few games I saw against city and on TV it looked that way

 

I agree about value and I personally wouldn't drop him but I would be surprised if Pointon starts the first game. I fully expect Alexander to go with experience mainly throughout the side with Sarcevic and Humphrys either side of Kavanagh in the forward 3.

On the transfer front Smith Oduor Wilson (who personally I don't think has been given enough of a chance at city) will hopefully leave. Byrne and Wright could also follow suit if we bring in another 3/4 players.

 

Tyrese fornah signing for Northampton is a very good addition for them would have been ideal for us in the Smallwood role

 

Yep, said the same in other posts. Think everyone has kinds guessed the 4/5 names who look like they'll be surplus this season and most will be moved on.

In fact, let's shut down the forum and reopen it next May to discuss "the process" instead.

Yeah I clearly said we were done and dusted didn't I Not fancy adding the bit where I also say 3 or 4 players will need to leave? Or does that not fit the rant?

But yeah you're right, I'm weird. God forbid someone tries discussing anything on a discussion thread, didn't read the rules where everything has to be open and closed comments, i'll remember for next time
