Barnsley fans think he is signing on there

 

Anyone on here read up much on Jake Tabor? He's a 22 year old non-league striker who is being touted about everywhere. In the last 3 seasons, he's scored over 170 goals. Last two seasons he's scored 127 goals and 40 assists in 91 games, with his NL scoring record he's being called the next Vardy. He's no longer under any contract in NL and is looking for a EFL chance.

Swindon and Barrow thought to have offered him deals this summer. Worth a punt? I know it's NL, but those are insane numbers.

 

I don't think it was that crazy as far as Wilson was concerned. He had just had a great season for TNS and we would have been paying peanuts. For me he was always worth a punt as we might have unearthed a gem. Didn't work out, but that said he never let us down when he played. Agree re the other 2 though.

No he's not I got down and there was no one about I assumed they were around the back, sorry mate I couldn't be bothered tramping around the back, I believe there is another way I can get around there by going down Woodlands and there is a footpath leading down if anyone can confirm ?, I'll give it a try next time there not on the front pitch, I was disappointed as usually the first day back their at the front near the car park.

 

Apparently Peterborough are leading the race to sign Khela on a permanent. I'd hope we'd be all over that because he did well for us last year, showed a lot of promise at a young age and has potential high resale value.

 

He's no where near playing even national league level. Amersham are apparently in the Counties South League

Imagine Huntingtons relishing coming back into the group which will still be buzzing from the end of last season. Get your fitness up and try and impress even if it’s to put yourself in a better position for a new club. Same goes for Smith, Odour and Wilson as the doors always at least ajar while you’re still here. I thought Odour would go last summer but he actually ended up starting our first few games so who knows

Why on earth would Brum sell Khela for someone else to profit on without a gigantic sell on clause . They are a wealthy club, can afford a big squad , can loan players out . They would be nuts to sell him as yet . They had their fingers burnt with the Bellinghams . Don’t we think they will have learned their lesson by now ? I’m sure it’s nothing more than twitter nonsense ?

 

Yeah I saw that this morning, done deal six figure fee apparently. I dunno with him to be honest, he showed flashes but he's still so raw it's tough to tell where his best role in the middle would be. Could be a useful box to box type but i'd have thought another year in L2 rather than pushing for a place at Peterborough. Although they have lost a shed load of players lately.
