Usually when players get released after failing to agree a new deal, its because they have gotten a better one elsewhere. Expect Collar and Touray to pop up as new signings somewhere very soon...

 

I agree with that. If Kav starts 11 games all season, scoring 4 we’d all be after selling him

Not see Khela mentioned as much as Tayo on here. I’d certainly have him back on a season loan and don’t see why it couldn’t happen if we want him

 

Would much rather take him on a permanent deal and develop for our future benefit. Loan signings probably need to be a little more ready to make strong impact.

 

I hope we start to sign some younger players now. The squad is lacking in pace, power and athleticism which seem to be big characteristics of League One from what I've seen.

Can't be signing anymore players at the back end of their career, we've got enough in the 30+ bracket with not much left in the tank.

 

I wonder if their could be some movement tomorrow before the window closes for a week.

I know nobody wants to hear this, but Vadaine's goal per start ratio really wasn't that bad.

I think he only scored 1 or 2 as a sub, though.

It opened early so players can sign on for the World Club Cup. And it is only those team it affects. Business will continue as normal for the rest.
