Isn't it a general 'aggressive, physical, no shortage of effort, good when battling forwards but a liability when defending against movement, not good on the ball, and generally a sense of surprise he's moved up a League?

League One will demand our CBs are better against more mobile forwards. They won't be facing as many immobile lumps as they do in League 2.
