There's no method by which the club the can pass on any fines to supporters. The only way they could do it was by some kind of civil prosecution. It'd probably cost far more to litigate than it would ultimately raise, even if it was successful. How would you apportion the amount each fan was liable for? City would look like absolute idiots to the rest of the support for trying it and supporters from around the country would find it hilarious. Very probably one of the daftest ideas I've heard in quite a while.

My lad is on camera motioning for fans to get off the pitch before the final whistle. When the whistle went I turned to ask him if he was going on the pitch and he'd already shot off so I ran after him, no way was I missing the one chance on a lifetime I'll get to walk on the hallowed turf of Valley Parade with my lad. One of the best moments of my life getting photos of my lad with the ecstatic packed out kop in the background, I was never good enough to play local level never mind professional level, I've now got to see what the players get to see every time they have the privilege of pulling on the shirt, it's the closest I'll get that feeling.

Under the circumstances of the goal and its timing and its meaning I think only the most hard hearted committee would deliver a very hard punishment. However in today’s society being in the faces of players and officials is going to be considered a lot more harshly and unfortunately we could be hit pretty hard. Just hope there is no points deduction it’s going to be hard enough already

Has there ever been a point deduction for a pitch invasion?
    Very much doubt that.
I didn't go onto the pitch until after the final whistle, I sit in the Top tiervof the kop, it took me 10 mins to get down there.

Brighton did in the 90s I think, mainly because the match had to be abandoned

If there has been it is a very long time ago. Last season Doncaster got charged with similar and ended up with a £11,500 fine, their aggravating factors were the Barrow goalkeeper was confronted and a fan kicked a ball at the referees head and he had to duck to avoid it. Nottingham Forest were fined £50,000 for their pitch invasion in 2023 when there was the incident with Sharp & McBurnie, £25,000 of that was suspended for a season. Plymouth got a £45,000 fine after their pitch invasion in 23/24.
The guidelines for fines vary per division so we should be around fine Doncaster got rather than Nottingham Forest & Plymouth who were Championship. Assuming we get charged for the Doncaster match then Fleetwood my guess is we'll get a 4 figure fine for the Doncaster match as it wasn't that serious then probably £15,000-£20,000 for the Fleetwood game as it would be our 2nd offence and aggravating factors of the opposition being confronted.

Spot and im sure Man City fans invaded the pitch when they won the title ...............im not saying it means more but things that happened that day dont come around that often and when you have had years of shit and had to endure it that emotion will be a lot different to a plastic Twit who will jump on any bandwagon

My mate did the same and he showed me a picture of it and said thats a memory that you will always cherish.
Honestly was it really that harmfull did the players complain ?????
It was nothing but pure emotion being built up after years upon years of fooking drossand i bet the majority of clubs fans would have done the same on the back of what we have had to put up with
