He's not played a first team game for 3 years after a ACL injury then came back last summer and did his Hamstring, only been back in training a month ago.

 

Been 3 years since he started back to back games, it's a mega gamble!

Reminding me of when Jordon Ibe was a free agent after not playing for 2 or 3 years on Derbys books. We had fans saying we should have taken a punt on him, he was sold for ridiculous millions once upon a time.... before he ended up signing for Ebbsfleet and didn't even get any game time there. Worth a trial, but when you don't play for so long it's a complete unknown to what level they are anymore.

 

Let’s hope Cook comes back from his serious injury the same player. Recovery must be harder the older you get.
