Will need to dust that row down under the advertising sheet in the kop
Not seen the light of day for quite a while

defeats the point of having it there to stop pitch invaders if it is removed for the busiest game

I'd imagine the club know that if we get promoted there will be a pitch invasion with or without that row being blocked off so might as well take the money with an extra 123 seats and that goes towards any fine we get.

so why bother ever with it. Anyone getting on the pitch normally would go do the aisle not climb over the seats.

I would accept it more if they were just honest and say it is just to sell extra advertising

It came in after we had a couple of pitch encroachments in the 18/19 season which got us a few fines so we had to do something about it. With this banner in place it restricts it to the aisles or it slows someone down who had to climb over the banners. The aisles are much easier to monitor and stop people as you just need a couple of stewards stood there to stop people. Ultimately if enough fans want to get onto the pitch there's nothing any club can do without going back to the days of caging in fans which will never happen in this country again.

surely you can use the banner to slide over the three aisles rather than having to climb over three sets of chairs?

No seats available currently to buy but 13 seats on the row behind the directors box are a light blue so might be about to be.

    edit make that 18

I don't know if there are anymore seats to be released, if not then it's a home sell out

They’ve definitely released the front rows of the kop, back of the north west and all of TL Dallas

I guess they might squeeze some more out of the CIBA stand but can’t be far off now

No idea if it's as simple as pressing a button to turn it on but if it is possible this would be a good chance for the club to use to ticket exchange function so any season ticket holders who can't attend the match can release their seat to allow the club to sell the seat to people that can attend.

    Sold out last night
They kept putting extra seats up , but they soon went
Need to speak with Fleetwood and reduce their allocation
That could open another full block in the midland road
No way are they bringing 1300

That would certainly be a common sense approach but obviously Fleetwood would have to agree to an early cut of point for match sales.
Giving Bradford fans enough time to purchase.

I'm not sure how you segregate home fans from the away fans in the concourse if that were to happen.

They did it against Colchester I think
They just move the half block left empty for segregation on to the next block
Keeps the segregation the same on the concourse

Good point does the metal segregation gate seal off two blocks of the concourse?

If the full away section does actually include a block you can access from the home side of the concourse, then yes, that would work. Not sure at what point the metal segregation gate affects access to the blocks above though.

If a block can be sensibly accessed, then great idea. Open it up to home fans.

Not sure which blocks become inaccessible, but previous post suggests one extra block can be made accessible. Let's hope so.
