This has nothing to do with ‘love child’ or Parkinson bashing. It is a fact that McCall was working under extreme conditions and ultimately failed because others hadn’t done THEIR jobs. You’ve already said you are happy for the club to stagnate whilst we adopt a new approach, but then you can’t sack a manager for trying to work through this limitation.

 

Edin claimed we had a Transfer Committee and that all parties had to agree on the signings. McCall didn’t agree with that comment as he clearly indicated (in his interview) on a couple of occasions that players were signed without his knowledge.

Even for you that’s rubbish. The team were good enough to be 8points clear at the start of January. Yes we had injuries but to lose 10matches out of 12 is sacking territory. And going back to Parky he wouldn’t have allowed the Yeovil debacle
