    I'm sure I won't be by myself in wishing Bury all the best for the coming season and watching out for the Bury results on a Saturday evening, good luck you guys, great little friendly club and the Fishpool Liberal Clubs not bad either, I've had some great days out at Gigg Lane in my many years of watching Bradford City, no football fan should go through what you guys went through although we have plenty of past experiences with administrations and wind ups, and not just on here.

    Bury play their final league match of the season today at home to Burscough. They need one point to win the North West Counties League and gain promotion to the Northern Premier League West Division.

    One of my favourite trips. There's more chance of a pre-season game there if they move up one or two divisions.

    Mine too, we usually went to Fishpool Liberal Club where they made us very welcome 2 minute walk from Gigg Lane.

    I didn't realise its a CAMRA club which serves 3 changing beers, I always drank Tetley's in there which was kept in superb condition.

    The crowd was 8.712,in a league were most clubs would be happy with crowds of 300,amazing!.
