You should try using some discipline like we all have to or otherwise this board will descend into chaos! I am not sensitive at all, I wouldn’t last long on here if I was. Expressing your opinion without descending into insults is an art form. I don’t know why you are saying the obvious in any event the majority of fans opinion would be difficult to define.

By the way political opinion cannot also be put into either left or right, the discourse encompasses many different views that don’t nicely fit into defined boxes.

 

You’d have thought a Yorkshire Post reporter might say it as it is. I don’t think they have any connection with the club.

In what world do you think people exist that (in general) have different views because they don’t do social media?

In a straw poll of people of the same persaution (in this case Bradford city supporters) if one group of 1,000 show a 90/10 breakdown it’s almost inconceivable that the next group would differ.

Strange that I never heard a single voice praising that great display at Fleetwood yesterday, once again not a nice finish to the game, young Gibson and McGowan walking towards the fans behind the goal applauding them and apologising for the display.
Maybe Edin would like to give us fans his view on how he believes the first 6 league games have gone, maybe instead of Tom & Dom asking Edin, he needs to get in touch with them and show he is right behind his decision of promoting Micheal Collins and Martin Drury from U18 coach's to first team coach's.
Tell us that he still has faith in what they are doing whilst keeping a straight face, come on Edin show us what sort of leader you are when things are obviously going wrong in many fans opinions.

Fordy's Simon Parker and T&A agenda again. How is an article going to change things? The paper has very little influence in what is happening here, the paper need the club more than the other way around.

@Ulysses S Grant In my original post I actually put forward an example about twitter, but @Onside got a little upset, as it was supposedly “political”, so he complained to the mods and they removed the supposed offending bit. (You’ll see that in the history here).

So, I do have an example or more to give, but I’m afraid I’m not allowed to in “City Talk”. And creating a new thread about it under “General Talk” just about the point seems a bit daft.

So you’ll just have to think creatively about examples. There are many out there.

 

Simon is a sports journalist that has to be seen to be unbiased and fair in his appraisals.
Too much criticism could see goodwill between the club and the T&A damaged whereby no interviews would be given ( we've had this before).
Simon does very well in sending his message subtly, read between the lines of many of his reports and you'll see he can be very hard hitting.

 

You're still not talking sense though are you. There is no evidence (and no way of getting any evidence) that opinion on here is any different from those of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or even on Manningham Lane.

If opinion on here is 90% against the owners then in reality opinion across ALL Bradford City supporters will be very similar. There is no way that 50% of our supporters back these fools. There is no way that 50% of them are even ambivlient.

 

For the record I am not a ‘he’ I am most certainly female. You are a defensive little soul aren’t you? There was no suppose about it; it was political. As @Ulysses S Grant has explained to you, this board gives a broad example of what fans think. There will no doubt be biase, as those that take part in forum’s have usually more invested in the club. That being said there is no accurate way of gauging opinion without doing a full vote of season ticket holders, and even that wouldn’t cover all city supporters. So is that enough now or are you going to carry on with your ‘nit picking’ ?

 

90% of people on here are very probably unhappy with the current situation and Rahic in particular. However, being unhappy with Rahic is one thing and wanting to boot Rahic out of the club is another thing all together.
