Whilst it’s true that the vast majority will never set foot inside those suites, I think you are missing the point. It’s the fact that the owner is trying to remove any recollection from our past great players. McCall delivered, as best he could, for Rahic and he treats his ‘legend’ status as something you simply discard.

Put another way, if you had a child and you named him after someone special in your life (father, grandfather etc), but then divorced the child’s mother. Wouldn’t you be hurt if she then took action to change that child’s name just to spite you? Is this any different?
