    That just isn't true.
we were higher in the table when he was sacked than we have been at any point since.

True but money talks - the abysmal summer transfer window - meant they would have to accept they needed to pay over the odds to get most deals over the line - early. Unfortunately we were still looking for value for money and keep transfer fees and contracts as low as possible. The owners obviously did not realise or were not willing in January to pay to get early deals done and were happy to carry the risk that a squad hit by injuries and not strengthened in the summer - results would not / continue to - be poor. While I do not want them to bankrupt the club - the squads performances have pushed a lot of season ticket holders away and this as we know has financial implications - hopefully this will not see us start reversing the progress made over the previous seasons.

As I said not everyone will agree, you have your opinion I have mine, but like it or not they made a bad move as Edin had to begged Grayson to come to the club, they offered a contract (we heard2 years) but he would not commit to our club and like it or not mate the results under Grayson have not been great ,
I was suggesting keeping Stuart may have brought the situation to an end quicker than us fans having to berating them at Blackpool (that should never be the case for players to accept they weren't giving their all) to bring the players to their senses and steady improvements with regards collecting points as the football is still painful to watch.
So if I might have been correct in my opinion that Stuart might have turned it around sooner rather than later,( we'll never know), why are you of the opinion it was the correct decision or in your words "They have made many mistakes sacking McCall wasn’t one ?".

Which ever side of the fence you sit this is is always going to be the answer. Fans can argue/debate until their blue in the face but this is the answer.

The club doesn't seem to be needing help from disgruntled and / or concerned current or ex employees and supporters on the destabilising front. They're doing a pretty good job on their own!

Why? McCall kept us in the play off positions for the vast majority of his tenure - had he been given more support and less interference - who knows where would have been. Grayson with allegedly less interference - too has struggled with the players the budget that only allowed us to bring in inferior less experienced players apart from McGowan to the previous season.

    They have made many mistakes.
1 appointing Stuart in the first place. He did a Brilliant job last season only flunking it at the end. However new foreign owners coming with in new and different ideas need the manager to singing from the same hyme sheet otherwise it causes divisions.
2 Not having the courage of their convictions and getting rid last summer when it was clear they didn’t get on. It would have caused an earthquake but at least it would have been the summer and it would have been a fresh start.
3 off the cuff comments regarding aims and aspirations because then fans only remember them and forget the clubs overriding policy set out when they took over.
4 failing to offer players new contracts last season which in some cases would have avoided some of last summers drama.
5 in implementing new working practices and staff changes seemed to upset everybody.
6 this one is hearsay but upsetting Long term sponsors.

I believe their overriding policy of bringing in and developing young players and signing players with a resale value is a good one. And I definitely believe we have to live within our means and not saddle the club with big debts. I also like for the first time just about ever spending on infrastructure without having to be forced to do so.

Whilst I think it has taken Grayson time to turn things round partly due to the stop start season when he took over but if had been appointed three or four matches earlier we would have been up there

I don't know where to start with this.

advocating not appointing statistically the most succesful manager we've had in decades, saying we should have fired him after we unluckily lost a play off final - or saying you're perfectly happy been like Crewe at the bottom of League Two just aslong as we make some money on transfers.

I told you the reason why I think it was wrong in the long term. And the only Statistics that count is success and he didn’t achieve any

Well don’t count statistics. Tell m
he hasn’t achieved anything because he took over a demoralised and demotivated Squad lacking a bit of discipline who only knewone way to play. Also he didn’t get a chance to build a bit of a rhythm with all the postponements. We are starting to get results now. Had he had three or four more matches we might have done something

you could say the same about Stuart.

infact, if you're counting success as the only stat the counts, success at this level is fairly subjective, i think achieving what he did last season was a big success, to be honest.
